How does onboarding work?
Easy! Once you are signed up, just email us to get started. We can schedule a kick off call, or just email the first task and we will take it from there!
Who will we be working with?
Our graphic design team works together so that we can work seamlessly if someone is sick or on vacation. Most likely, you will be communicating with the team manager, who will be your point of contact for everything, but may outsource the project to another team member who has more capacity or is a better fit design or skill-wise. If you prefer to work directly with the person designing the project, we can make that happen as well!
How do we contact you?
We work the way you want to work, so email us if that’s what you normally do, or add us to your task management system (we have worked with them all!). We are also available in Slack or can learn something new if needed!
What is your turnaround time?
Anywhere from same-day for smaller projects, to up to two weeks for something larger like a web design. If possible, we appreciate a 3-5 day heads up for small to mid-size projects, and a week or two for large projects.
What programs do you work in?
We are experts at Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, and also web programs such as Canva, Creatopy, Adobe Express, and Figma. If there is a program that you use that we do not know, we can more than likely learn it!
