What does onboarding look like?
Once you've signed on, you'll be connected with the best-fit Project Manager via email. You'll have a quick onboarding call with your Project Manager to go over the projects/clients you'd like them to manage, access, communication preferences, etc. After that, you can hit the ground running!
How do we communicate with you?
We work within your established communication tools and processes. You can add us to your project management tool if you have one and/or Slack (or similar tool) if you use it. Or if email is your preferred communication method, you can simply email us. If you don't have a project management tool, we can recommend one.
Can you be a white-label Project Manager and be client-facing?
Yes! You can give your Project Manager an email address at your domain and your Project Manager can communicate with your clients via that email. Your Project Manager can also join client meetings as your agency's team member.
