How do you onboard new clients?
The social media team’s onboarding is structured and straightforward so we can start quickly without missing anything important. Typically, it looks like this, with some flexibility:
1. Kickoff call to onboard and align on goals, immediate tasks to knock out, login access, etc
- We also set up workflows, approvals, and reporting cadence during this call and within the first few weeks. We also decide how hands-on or hands-off IBO will be when it comes to being client-facing.
2. Fill out the IBO social media intake form (before or during the onboarding kickoff call)
